What the Visibility X-Ray delivers
The X-Ray is a diagnosis: it measures how AI systems, Google and Google Maps see your business at the moment of the query, and delivers a prioritised action plan. The free version is a summary read; the paid version covers 5 AI models, 30 real customer questions and a comparison against 3 competitors.
- The result is a snapshot in time. Search engines and AI models change their answers frequently, which is why the score is presented as a band rather than an exact number.
- The diagnosis does not guarantee Google rankings, AI citations or sales volume. No serious provider can guarantee those, because none of us controls those algorithms.
- Recommendations are professional and evidence-based, but execution and results depend on your context, your market and your competition.
Payment and delivery
- Prices are those displayed on the site at the time of purchase, in Brazilian reais (R$).
- Payment for the full X-Ray is made via Pix, processed by AbacatePay.
- Delivery is immediate: once payment is confirmed, the report is released in the same session at the link sent to you.
- The report link is personal. Please do not publish or share it publicly.
Cancellation and refunds
Brazilian consumer law grants a 7-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Since the report is delivered immediately, if you exercise that right we refund the full amount on request by email within the period, with no friction. If the diagnosis suffers a technical fault that compromises the result, we re-run it at no cost or refund you, and the choice is yours.
Using the site
- You may use the site's content freely to inform yourself, including quoting passages with attribution and a link to agencia4red.com.
- You may not scrape the site at a volume that degrades the service, nor attempt to access restricted areas, third-party accounts or other users' data.
- You may not use the X-Ray to analyse third-party domains for the purpose of harassing, defaming or damaging competitors.
Intellectual property
The 4RED brand, the site layout, the X-Ray method and the published texts belong to Agência 4RED. The reports we deliver are yours: you may use, adapt and execute them internally or with another provider, without restriction. What you may not do is resell the report or present the method as your own.
AI-assisted content
The X-Ray engine uses AI models both to measure and to synthesise. Measurement queries the real systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, search results); the synthesis is reviewed against 4RED's methodology. AI models can be wrong: if anything in your report is incorrect, tell us and we will fix it.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for the services we provide, within the limits of Brazilian law. We are not responsible for business decisions taken on the basis of the report, for changes in third-party algorithms, or for outages of third-party services the diagnosis depends on. Our maximum liability in any scenario is limited to the amount actually paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with the courts of Contagem, Minas Gerais, as the agreed venue, without prejudice to a consumer's right to choose the venue of their own domicile.
