Genesis Development designs custom homes, investment properties and planned communities in Central Florida. The challenge is specific: many buyers decide from Brazil, about a home that does not exist yet, at a price that leaves no room for doubt. We built the bilingual marketing site (PT and EN, with correct hreflang for both audiences), the residence portfolio with floor plans, renders and video, and the phase-by-phase construction tracker, from land to handover. The result has to hold a premium standard without sounding translated in either language.
